Glenrothes Martial Arts Centre.

Registered Charity No. SC037630

Welcome to the website of Glenrothes Martial Arts Centre, Alburne Park, Glenrothes. The Centre is the home to the registered charity Glenrothes Youth Judo Club and Sports Clubs.

The charity was started as a means of getting kids and young adults off the streets and into martial arts. The aim is to make it accessible to all no matter their social backgrounds or abilities. The benifits of doing martial arts is that it increases self confidence, discipline, fitness, self esteem, friendship, sense of achievement and the ability to work within a team

The Centre has Clubs that teach traditional martial arts Judo, Ju Jitsu, Shukokai Karate, Goju Ryu Karate and mixed martial arts on various nights of the week with junior and senior classes, for more information see contacts. Each Club strives to ensure that the highest quality of training is offered to young and old.

International instructors are brought to the Centre by these clubs to enhance the students training and experience within martial arts.

For training the Centre boasts two dojo’s which are fully matted with hanging kick and punch bags and free standing kick and punch columns.
